Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Al-Aalaf marketplace (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. This document may be updated as the Platform evolves; material changes will be announced on the Platform.

1. The Platform Al-Aalaf is a business-to-business marketplace connecting animal-feed suppliers with buyers. Al-Aalaf is not itself the seller of listed products; contracts of sale are formed between the buyer and the supplier.

2. Eligibility and accounts Buyers must be businesses or individuals located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Suppliers may be located anywhere but must complete the Platform's verification process before listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

3. Listings and quality documents Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including guaranteed-analysis specifications and attached quality documents. Al-Aalaf may remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Quotes and orders Prices shown as "price on request" are indicative only until a quote is issued. A binding order is formed when the buyer accepts a supplier's quote or completes a purchase through the Platform.

5. Payments and escrow Payments made through the Platform are held in escrow and released to the supplier after the buyer confirms delivery, subject to the dispute process. Escrow arrangements are operated manually in the Platform's first phase. Currency conversion rates shown are indicative.

6. Fees Platform fees and commissions, where applicable, are communicated to suppliers in advance and may change with notice.

7. Prohibited use You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, list prohibited or misdescribed goods, attempt to circumvent escrow or verification, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

8. Liability The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Al-Aalaf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of buyers or suppliers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts and authorities.

10. Contact Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page.
