1. What we collect Account details (name, email, phone), business and verification documents for suppliers, transaction and messaging records generated on the platform, and technical data needed to operate the service (such as device and log information).

2. Why we process it To operate the marketplace: verifying suppliers, facilitating quotes and orders, operating escrow payments, providing support, meeting legal and financial record-keeping obligations, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing Data is shared only as needed to complete trades (for example, a buyer's delivery details with the supplier they ordered from), with service providers that help operate the platform, or where required by law.

4. Retention Personal data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time; transactional records are anonymized and retained where the law requires financial or legal record-keeping.
